Laser damage is one of the 8 damage types in the game. Also known as light, photonic, or flash damage, it includes damage from "laser and other electromagnetic radiation sources".
The critical-hit proc reduces ranged damage dealt by -35%.
Creatures such as Lightbenders are immune to this type of damage.
