Overview[]
Hydro Plant is an AFS-style Control Point in the Divide zone of Concordia. This base was constructed to be the power supplier for Foreas Base as it need lots of power to run. This tactical value makes the Hydro plant a ripe target for the Bane. This base is still under construction and as of deployment 11 new additions to the base make defending it easier.
