The Ceremonial Tusk of the Boargar is a mission reward item for the mission Forming Alliances. The player received it as a gift from Warrior Apirka upon completion of the mission, as a sign that the Foreans recognize the player as a worthy warrior and as a "tal kamahdi", which is Forean for "honored friend".
It is not tradeable, not sellable, and character-unique.
Note: It is not known whether destroying the Tusk actually has any negative consequences for the player regarding his relationship to the Foreans.
