Lieutenant Walters:

I've got a rescue operation, if you're looking for work.

A short time ago we received a distress call from a Penumbra Agent named Trent. He said he was under attack, but before he could give us his exact location, we lost his transmission. We've managed to triangulate the signal as best we could, and we believe he may be in the lava-filled cavern we call 'The Devil's cauldron.' I checked with The Director at Penumbra HQ, and he said Trent was transporting a very important briefcase containing highly sensitive material.

The Director wants that briefcase back at any cost. If you find that Trent is still alive, terrific, but that briefcase is your priority!

When you locate it, deliver it to The Director at Penumbra Headquarters at Tantalus Base.
