Carpet Bombing is a ability of the Ranger class. It has 60 meters range.

"Create one or more beacons that teleport High-Explosive bombs onto the battlefield. There is a slight delay between creation of the beacon and arrival of the bombs. Higher pump levels create more beacons; at higher pump levels, Carpet Bombing will create a wide swath of destruction on the battlefield."


Excellent to use anywhere large clumps of enemies can be found. The Control Point defense missions are ideal, as there are often 5 or more targets all within bombing range. Do note, however, that the bombs will sometimes appear considerably further away from the target than anticipated by the target reticule. Once deployed, they will begin flashing red in a wide. Once the beam is perfectly straight, the bombs will appear. This process usually takes a total of about 3 seconds.

The beacons of Carpet Bombing appear in a horizontal line perpendicular to your character's facing. When deploying multiple carpet bombs, your target reticule is the mid-point of the beacon line.
