OverviewEdit

"Torden Abyss is a large subterranean subcontinent east of Torden Plains, directly adjacent to the seemingly bottomless chasm know as The Abyssal Zone. A large cavern on the western side of the area is home to Tantalus Base, the headquarters of "Penumbre," a top secret black-ops division of the AFS. Dybukkar Garrison, a strategically important Bane military installation, is located in the northeast corner. Torden Abyss also contains the collapsed ruins of "Tampeii," one of the original Brann prison facilities on Arieki." - Classified Intel Reconniscence, Richard Garriott's Tabla Rasa
