Overview[]
- Go north of Dia Uyona, kill 5 Infected Foreans and then acquire 5 blood samples from each. Return the vials of blood to Captain Quanos in Dia Uyona.

Briefing[]
- The secrets of the walking dead... the Infected... is in their blood. If you were to get samples of their blood, we might be able to find out how they came to be.
- As if the Bane weren't enough, now my people are plagued with a mysterious infection that turns us into ravenous cannibals. Until recently, the Infected Ones were limited to the area around the volcano known as the Dead Zone. Now, we are attacked by former friends and relatives in this very village at all hours. We suspect the Bane are behind this infection, but we don't know how they do it. We need to have the blood of the Infected analyzed to find out how and why they are what they are.
- Not far north from here there is a patch of Infected that recently cropped up. Go there and extract blood samples from the Infected. You will need to kill them to do this, as much as it saddens me to say. Once you have the blood samples, give them to your Captain Quanos in the AFS tent by the teleporter. He and his men have been most helpful in repelling the Infected attacks, and he would be able to get the blood analyzed quickly.

- Ah yes, Normui told me to expect you. And I see you have the blood samples from the so-called "Infected." Personally, I just think those Foreans are just crazy nomads, but what do I know? I'll get these samples analyzed and get back to you.

Walkthrough[]
Though the mission briefing says north, follow the mission marker east out of Dia Uyona. As you approach the marker, you should quickly find Infected Foreans to kill. Due to the nature of the mission, both objectives should be completed at about the same time. (So long as you loot each blood sample.) Once you have all five, return to Dia Uyona and talk to Captain Quanos in the large tent.
